We all know that Risk and Reward goes hand in hand.

Taking Risk and occasionally being ruined is not acceptable AND neither not taking risk and not having exceptional results.

Hence, we need an approach which gave us exceptional upside without also giving us exceptional downside.

This holy grail is being open minded to others views and not always taking decisions based on your closed mind which is blocked by ego barrier and blind spots. You need to view your decisions through the eyes of others objectively by being Radically open minded.

Being on a shared mission with people who are radically truthful and radically open minded is the secret holy grail to taking higher risks by being less wrong and being more right!
